Three people died in Texas earlier this week in a crash involving a DOT Foods semi. According to a Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) statement, the crash happened Tuesday afternoon in the northbound lane of Highway 69 near the Hunt and Fannin County line. That is about 50 miles northeast of Dallas. Police told CBS station KXII a 32-year-old woman, a 37-year-old man and a 13-month-old girl were killed on impact in the head-on crash.
